Directions for Presentational Writing: French Assignment

For the Presentational Writing section of the test, you will write an essay in French in response to an assignment.

Read the assignment carefully before you begin to write. Think about how you will organize your essay. You should use your time to plan, write, review, and edit your essay. Your final essay must be typed in the on-screen response box presented with the assignment.

Please note that special characters (such as letters with accents or other diacritical marks) cannot be entered using the keyboard, but are available for insertion in the on-screen response box. To access these characters, click on the ash symbol button that appears in the upper left corner of the screen. Using the mouse, double-click on the character you wish to include in your response, or click on the character and then select "Insert." The character will be inserted where the cursor is positioned in the response box.

Sans aucun doute, l'enseignement et l'apprentissage en ligne peuvent être utilisés de manière utile et efficace dans les écoles. Il n'y a pas de limite aux informations et aux ressources que je peux trouver en plusieurs langues. Les informations en ligne me permettent de partager des concepts dans différentes langues avec mes élèves. Il rend l'apprentissage accessible à tous les élèves de manière efficace.

En tant qu'enseignant, j'utilise dans mes cours les différentes technologies de l'école. En conséquence, je vois comment la participation des élèves augmente, car ils peuvent partager leur travail avec leurs pairs et garder une trace et enregistrer toutes les modifications pour une utilisation ultérieure. The candidate effectively supports and explains the stated opinion with at least two of the candidate's own relevant ideas or examples. As a teacher, the writer utilizes various technologies at school. This increases student participation and motivation as the teacher can include online videos and other online tools as well as provide immediate feedback when giving quizzes online.

Je considère que les expériences de vie des élèves peuvent être utilisées pour faciliter l'apprentissage.

En tant qu'étudiant, je me sentais spécial et valorisé lorsque mes enseignants faisaient référence aux événements de ma vie et les utilisaient pour construire de nouveaux apprentissages. Je me souviens de mon sentiment de joie lorsque mes professeurs parlaient de quelque chose de ma propre vie en classe. Mes camarades de classe aimaient aussi quand les discussions en classe incluaient des exemples à leurs expériences de vie. Cela nous a aidés à établir des liens solides qui ont facilité l'apprentissage. Par conséquent, en tant qu'enseignant, j'essaie d'en apprendre davantage sur les origines culturelles et les expériences de mes élèves afin de les utiliser lorsque j'enseigne de nouveaux concepts.

Par exemple, en etudes sociales, j'affiche des cartes murales des pays d'origine de mes élèves. The candidate effectively supports and explains the stated opinion with at least two of the candidate's own relevant ideas or examples. As a student, the writer and classmates felt special when the teachers referred to something from their lives in classes. As a teacher, the writer displays maps of the home countries of the students in class. This increases student participation and allows students to share their diverse points of view.
